| The 2004 Ghost walk was a great thrill. More than 50 people braved pouring rain to get an exciting look at the history of Jackson, KY. Steve Bowling led the tour which began at the Breathitt County Museum. As the tour took off, so did the rains, but it did not sway the mass of people. Mr. Bowling told of the history of Jackson and the parts it has played in Kentucky's history. Everything from downtown Theaters to a downtown skating rink. Jackson was truly a busy place to be in the early 1900's. If you have not been on this Ghost walk with Steve Bowling, you are missing out on one of the best tours around the state. |
