Breathitt Man Found Guilty on Drug Charges

Randy Mullins, of Breathitt County, has long been rumored to be involved in drug trafficking. A Breathitt County Jury agreed with the prosecution and found Mr. Mullins guilty of 2 counts of drug related crimes. According to court records, The first count, Mullins received 10 years for 1st Degree Trafficking in a Controlled substance, drug unspecified, 2nd offense (felony) (b), and 15 years on the second count, 1st Degree Trafficking in a controlled substance, drug unspecified, 2nd offense (felony)(b).  It took the jury 12 minutes to find Mullins guilty, and only 30 minutes to decide on the sentence for Mr. Mullins. The two sentences will run consecutively.
