Gross-Count I:committed the offense of burglary in the third degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering the Family Pharmacy Building  Count II:  committed the offense of criminal mischief in the second degree by destroying or damaging poperty at the Family Pharmacy and thereby causing loss of five hundred dollars or more.

Commonwealth vs Steve Hudson-Count I: committed the offense of assault in the third degree by intentionally causing or attempting to cause physical injury to Breathitt County Constable John Campbell.  Count II: committed the offense of fleeing or evading the police in the first degree by knowingly disobeying a direction to stop his MV given by Breathitt County Deputy Sheriff Daniel Turner and thereby causing or creating a substantial risk of serious physical injury to John Campbell and others traveling on highway. 

Commonwealth vs Dvid MckEE-COUNT I: committed the offense of operating a MV under the influence of alcohol or any other substance or combination of substances which impair one's driving ability.  Count II: committed the offense of murder when he wantonly engaged in conduct while operating a MV which created a grave risk of death to another and thereby caused the death of Michelle Wenrick

Commonwealth vs Rhonda Sexton Mills: Count I: committed the offense of trafficking ina controlled substance int he first degree by knowlingly and unlawfully selling oxycontin, a controlled substance classified in schedule II. Count II: committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully possessing oxycontin, a controlled substance classified in schedule II.  Count III:committed the offense of endangering the welfare of a minor by failing or refusing to exercise diligence in the control of her minor children to prevent them from becoming neglected, dependent, or delinquent

Commonwealth vs Paul Moore and Doug Spicer: count I: committed the offense of burglary in the second degree by unlawfully entering the residence of Lewis Noble. Count II: committed the offense of theft by unlawful taking by taking property which was owned by Lewis noble and which was value of more than $300. Count III:  committed the offense of criminal mischief in the third degree by destroying or damaging property owned by Lewis Noble. 

Commonwealth vs Rodney Stamper:  committed the offense of theft by unlawful taking by taking or exercising control over a 1997 Chevrolet pick-up truck which belonged to Haddix Auto Sales and which was of a value more than $300

Commonwealth vs Troy Strong: committed the offense of sexual abuse in the first degree by subjecting a minor child who was less than 12 years old, to sexual contact
