Breathitt UNITE Coalition March Against Drugs
PRESS RELEASE
      Sunday, October 3rd, 2004 was a great day in Breathitt County's fight against drugs. A estimated crowd around 800 people met at Breathitt High School to March Against Drugs.  Breathitt UNITE Coalition, led the march, which among the large gathering, brought out people from all over the county to include C.L.E.P. cadets, Breathitt County Judge Executive Lew Henry Warrix, State Representative Ted Edmonds, Jackson Mayor, Mike Miller, Jackson Fire Chief Roger Friley, Breathitt UNITE Coalition Members, Several Church Orginizations, UNITE Representative Dan Smoot, and citizens from all corners of Breathitt County. 
      The March concluded with a rally at Douthitt Park where several key note speakers addressed the crowd. Everyone was encouraged, to continue the fight against drugs and to attend the Next Coalition Meeting, Monday October 11th, 2004 at 6:30pm at the Life Skills Center.
