Belle and Shawn continue to argue over his comment. Friday, February 20, 2004 Today on Days of Our Lives Belle tries to get Shawn to admit he was wrong about Marlena being the serial killer. Jan continues to hide in Nicole’s bedroom. Bo and Brady have a last minute with Victor before they take him out of the house. Brady tells John that Nicole was with him. Nicole is arrested. Days Of Our Lives Weekly Preview Bo arrests Nicole for Victor's murder. Brady arrives and provides an alibi for Nicole at the time of Victor's murder. Victor's lawyer reveals that Victor had changed his will. Nicole gets a visit from Victor's ghost while in the tub. Hope fears the worst when Shawn reveals that he believes he knows who the killer is. Marlena decides to take no chances with Shawn, so she breaks into his loft. Marlena takes a stab and the person sleeping in Shawn's bed, who turns out to be Jan! Jan, injured and bleeding, heads to the Kiriakis mansion and to Nicole for help. The winners of Days of Our Lives are listed below. John Clarke (ex-Mickey). Clarke is one of the original cast members of Days of our Lives and has played the role of Mickey Horton for 38 years. Frances Reid (Alice) For 38 years, Frances Reid has played Alice Horton on Days of our Lives and is the only remaining cast member. She is a four-time recipient of the Soap Opera Digest Award for Outstanding Actress in a Mature Role and is a two-time Emmy Nominee. Days Of Our Lives Actress doing Pilot for CBS Days of Our Lives' Kirsten Storms (Belle) has been cast in the CBS pilot, The Clubhouse, a coming-of-age drama about a New York Yankees batboy. Tuesday, February 24, 2004 Today on Days Shawn asks Bo for advice on how to get Belle to forgive him. Nicole tries to get into the safe. Jan sneaks into Shawn’s room. Jennifer questions Patrick. Jennifer’s baby kicks for the first time. Marlena stabs at a lump in Shawn’s bed Thursday, February 26, 2004 Hope and Tec show up at Shawn’s apartment to gather evidence. Belle thinks Shawn had someone else in his bed. Nicole gives Jan alcohol and stiches her up. Doug tells Julie that he knows who the killer is. She tells him to keep quiet.The locksmith shows up at the mansion to unlock Victor’s safe. Maggie’s ghost appears to warn Julie that Doug is in danger. Thursday, February 26, 2004 TV Eric Winter(Rex) and Days casting director Fran Bascom appear on Movie and a Makeover on the cable station TBS on February 28th. Casting John Ingle (Mickey) has signed a 3 year contract. Next weeks sneak peek Nicole learns the combination to Victor’s safe, but will she learn it in time. Bonnie and Mimi learn Patrick is in town. Bonnie is warned by Maggie's ghost to stay away from Mickey. Hope becomes suspicious of Patrick. Julie asks Marlena to help Doug. Kate offers Sami a job in London. Wednesday, February 25, 2004 Belle and Shawn make up. Victor’s ghost appears to Nicole. Jan is in Shawn’s bed as Marlena stabs, thinking it’s Shawn. Jan goes to Nicole’s for help. Brady calls Chloe. Sami and Lucas discuss their feelings. Friday, February 27, 2004 Jan tells Nicole that she knows the safe combination. Doug goes to Celeste for help. Tuesday, January 20, 2004 Today on Days of our Lives Victor tells Tony that Nicole is reasonable for the murders, while Nicole eavesdrops. Meanwhile, John and Brady talk about Victor and Nicole. Brady suspects that one of them may be the killer because they each told him that the other was the serial killer. With encouragement from Hope to keep him safe, Bo decides to go find Billie to see if she really knows who the Salem serial killer is. When Bo leaves, you see the killer watching the home. Tony makes Shawn D. suspicious when he hangs around the Tiger and talks about the Tiger being an instrument of death. Shawn D. is sure that Tony is the killer. Cast Comings and Goings Going Thaao Penglis (Tony DiMera) is to be killed on January 28th. Staying Alison Sweeney (Sami) has a new contract keeping her on Days until 2006. Melissa Reeves (Jennifer) has reportedly re-signed with the show for an undisclosed amount of time. Farah Fath (Mimi) is reported to now be staying on Days through 2005. Wednesday, January 21, 2004 Tony places an add in the paper that the Salem serial killer will be announced at the Horton Foundation circus. Celeste tell Tony that it may be a big mistake because he may be the next victim. Phillip and Lucas find Kate who they think is unconscious in her bed. Phillip finds a bottle of pills and worries. Kate wakes and pushes them out. She is suffering from loosing Roman, which makes since. She really loved him. John visits Hope and they discuss Tony. John feels that Tony is the serial killer but is just trying to throw the suspecion off of himself by telling everyone that he knows who the killer is. Shawn D. fixes breakfast in bed for Belle. Sami visits Marlena at work. Sami continues to try and convince Marlena that John is the serial killer and the he will kill her. The two argue and then Sami leave. Marlena then looks at a photo of John on her desk and thinks she sees the Tiger. Shawn D. and Belle go to Hope’s house where she and John s are still talking. The four discuss the circus. Shawn and Belle are doing a part in the circus. Brady continues to try and figure out if Nicole or Victor is telling the truth. Meanwhile, Nicole picks up the phone and overhears Victor telling someone to name her as the killer. Nicole visits with Jan. Sami has a daydream about being in the circus and sawing Kate in half. Bo calls hope on the telephone. Bonnie’s dog sniffs out the killer. Thursday, January 22, 2004 Days began today at the circus as everyone gets ready for it to begin. Bonnie’s dog sniffs out the killer, who injects the Tiger. Ben goes to the Hospital for another ultra sound and to make a decision about the baby. She decides to keep the baby. Meanwhile the circus begins as the killer lurks around. Sami overhears Lucas and Kate talking about the fake knife throwing booth. Later she locks Lucas in the porta potty. She then prepares to throw real knifes at Kate. Belle, Shawn, and Phillip complete their high wire act. Mimi and Rex get half way and Mimi passes out. Rex carries her safely across. Bo calls Hope and tells her that he is still searching for Billie. 1-22-04 Comings Melena and Jayson from Average Joe will appear January 22 Goings John Clarke (Mickey Hortons), who has been on the show for around 20 years is retiring. February 3rd, the roll will be played by someone else. Sneak Peak 1-23-04 For all of you who are like me and just can’t wait, here is a sneak peak of what is to come this coming week on Days of our Lives. Tony is attacked by tiger at the circus and is rushed to the hospital. While there, the killer dresses up in a lab coat and sneaks in Tony’s room to put a drug in his IV. Tony finds out for sure whom the Salem serial killer is, but may not be alive to tell. The Salem Killer walks the streets. He will be revealed on January 28th. Days of our Lives Comings Bill and Susan Seaforth-Hayes continue to with the characters, Doug and Julie. Susan (Julie) has reportedly been asked by the show to go on recurring status! Josh Taylor (Roman) returns as a ghost on February 18th. 1-23-04 COMINGS Richard Voigts will take over the role of Mickey Horton. Friday, January 23, 2003 On Friday Lucas escaped from the porta potty and stopped Sami from throwing the real knives at Kate. Sami then breaks down and says that she misses her dad and wanted Kate to know how he felt. Victor threatens Nicole that Tony will announce the killer. At the circus the magician disappears and in comes Tony. Doug has a close call with the killer. Tony begins to announce the name of the serial killer just as the killer opens the door to the tiger’s cage. Cast update 1-26-04 John Aniston (Victor) will be leaving the show in the next few months. Abe’s ghost visits Celeste to warn her more lives are in danger. Brady finally realizes that Nicole is no Saint. Jan continues to follow Shawn D. Lucas and Sami continue to deal with their feelings for each other. Sami refuses to make peace with Kate. Monday, January 26, 2004 It comes on as Marlena is on the telephone. Celeste fears for Tony. Tony takes center stage and is ready to reveal the name just has the killer unlocks the door to the tigers cage. The killer then sets the bucket of blood to spill. Belle walks away as Shawn follows her. She is really upset and he comforts her. Bonnie who has lost her contacts wonders around and can’t see anything. She run into the tiger. She finds the switch to the blood. Then the killer gives her her glasses but then leaves. Tony then says that the killer is a member of a well respected family in Salem. Celeste gets a vib that the killer is there. One of the workers tells someone to inform that the tiger has excaped. Just as they turn around, they get knocked out. Wonder who they told? Meanwhile Brady finds Nicole who has a bag. She says that she found it. Brady looks inside and finds a black cape. Just then the tiger comes toward them. They run into a closet. They then get stuck in because the door jams. Nicole then tells Brady that she never knew real love and tries to get him to make love to her. She moves in on him just as Victor opens the door. John and Hope try to find the tiger. Which they hear but don’t see. John finds a gun. They then see the tiger and prepare to shoot it just as Marlena walks in. The tiger leaps at her but John, who can’t get his gun to work, jumps in front of her to save her. Marlena passes out. Hope and John give her water. She wakes up and they see blood on her. Sami and Lucas talk to Will. The tiger walks in. Will goes up the ladder. Lucas and Sami run into the clown cart. It attacks the cart but then stops. Lucas was going to go check to see if it was still out there and warn the others. Sami won’t let him leave because she’s afraid something will happen to him. He asked her why she cares and she answers, “Because I love you.” Celeste reads the cards and tells Lexie that her brother will die Tony is back center stage. He talks about the past victims and how there was a reason they were killed. He calls the killer a she and prepares to name him as he sees drops of blood appear on his gloves. He says he wants to take a moment to remember the dead. He then is ready to say the name of the killer and Shawn D. yells no. The blood spills on Tony. The Tiger then goes after Tony and attacks him. Tuesday, January 27, 2004 The tiger continues to attack Tony. Kate, Bonnie, Sami, Mimi, Julie, get caught in the tiger cage which gets surrounded by a fire. It finally gets put out. The Tiger sneaks up on Belle but then attacks John. Lexie and everyone find Tony who is bearly alive. The killer continues to sneak around. Wednesday, January 28, 2004 Tony is in the hospital. Julie wonders about Bonnie and Mickey’s relationship. Bonnie pretends to faint and Mickey takes her to the hospital to be checked out. Shawn has trouble breathing. John and Hope show Marlena the suspect list. Doug questions Marlena’s where abouts. Victor tries to convince Brady that Nicole is the killer. Celeste feels Tony has little time left. Doug tries to get Julie to give Bonnie a break. Bell tries to get her mom to talk to her dad. The killer puts on a lab coat and prepares a drug. She later sneaks into Tony’s room. Tony wakes up and said I knew it was you. The killer’s face is reavealed, Marlena. She said he was to smart for his own good. SNEAK PEEK: On Monday, February 9, Sharon Osbourne will play the role of "Pam," a teacher. Thursday, January 29, 2004 Days comes on today with Jan dreaming about Shawn. Shawn and Belle spend time together. The killer, Marlena, tells Tony to prepare to meet is maker as she gets ready to inject his IV. Brady tells Nicole that they will find the killer together. Celeste is upset and worries about Tony. Marlena tells Tony that she is impressed that he and Cassie were the only two that figured out she was the killer. She tells him that he is just like Stephano. While Marlena is in the cubicle, Hope and John go to check on Tony. She hides. Tony tries to tell John but Lexie stops him. Nicole tells Brady that she is not entirely innocent. She then tells Brady that she and Victor really loved each other before she cheated on him with Colin. Nicole tells Brady that Victor shot Colin. Marlena explains how the drug will make him suffer a slow and painful death. She inserts the drug and tells him that that Phonex will not rise again. Nicole goes to see Tony and he goes to critical condition due to the drug. Brody Hutzler will be playing the role of Mimi's older brother, Brian Lockhart. Although Marlena is not finished killing people as the serial killer, the next person who dies will not be killed by her. Friday, January 30, 2004 Tony passes away today. He can’t speak the killer’s name but grabs Marlena’s hand. Victor says Nicole came to kill Tony. Nicole tells Brady that he is going to have to start believing someone. It’s either her or Victor. Victor finds Nicole’s barrette in Tony’s cubicle. Tony’s ghost appears to Celeste and tells her that he will help her bring the killer down. Lexie orders an autopsy on Tony because she believes he was given a drug. Belle dreams about making love to Shawn. Nicole tells Brady that she would give up all the money, clothes, etc to be with him. John tells Marlena that he thinks she knows who the next victim will be. Rex tells Mimi that she is the only family he has left, and they make love. Tony’s ghost tells Celeste that she already knows who the killer is. Marlena listens outside the door. Belle and Shawn tell Rex that Tony didn’t make it. Monday, February 02, 2004 Today on Days the security guard reconginzis Marlena. She obviously gets out of it since no one suspects her as the serial killer. Mimi tells Belle that her and Shawn are doing the right thing by waiting until they are married before they make love. Celeste senses something about Marlena. Rex and Shawn agree to work together to try and find the killer. Sami and Lucas share a kiss. Tuesday, February 03, 2004 Julie and Jennifer have dinner with Mickey and Bonnie. Julie is suspicious of Bonnie. Jennifer asks Mickey to update her will. Celeste senses death around Marlena. Marlena refuses to let John move back in with her. Sami kisses Lucas. Wednesday, February 04, 2004 Today on Days of Our Lives, Marlena looks through clippings of the victims. She then looks at a picture of John and says that she doesn’t want to loose him. She says the killings have to stop and John is the only one who can help her. She goes to tell him but see’s him comforting Kate. Sami and Lucas discuss their relationship. Julie tries to get Mickey to see what kind of person Bonnie is. Mickey stands up for Bonnie. Thursday, February 05, 2004 Victor continues to try and convince Brady that Nicole is guilty. Meanwhile, Nicole easedrops. Marlena listens as Kate tells John that she thinks Marlena is crazy. Belle and Shawn talk about the killer. Jan replaces her photo with Shawn and gets rid of Belle’s. Brady questions Nicole. He tells her that he’s finished defending her. He then say’s he’s going upstairs to call Chloe. Shawn gives Belle his grandmothers necklace. He tells her that they are engaged to be engaged. Lucas, Sami, and Will spend time together. John and Kate discover Marlena in his office building. Nicole goes to see Jan. Shawn and Belle search the catwalk at the circus and find a clue. Sami, Lucas, and Will go camping. Tuesday, February 10, 2004 A snake crawls inside Sami’s sleeping bag, and Lucas gets it out for her. Nicole and Brady remained handcuffed together. Jan tries to kill Belle. Marlena had a knife in her hand and prepares to kill Celeste just as John comes in. Wednesday, February 11, 2004 Sami dreams that Lucas asked her to marry him and she says yes. Then she wakes up. John tells Marlena and Celeste that Belle and Shawn found a button that belongs to the killer. John tells Celeste to hold it in her hand to see if she can sense the killer. She says the suit is from Baren’s Department store. The three then head to the store. A department store clerk remembers selling a suit to Marlena. Shawn asks Mickey if he can use Tuscany to give Belle a Valentine surprise. The tiger corners Sami in a cave. Brady and Nicole remain handcuffed. Nicole tells Jan to kill Victor now. If she doesn’t she will loose Shawn, says Nicole Thursday, February 12, 2004 Nicole orders Jan to kill Victor now. Julie and Bonnie both show up to decorate Tuscany. Neither see the other as they decorate. Lucas and Sami are corned in the cave by the Horten Tiger. John wants to see Marlena’s suit. Sami hits her head. Lucas rescues her and she come too. She looks at her hand and say’s she lost her wedding band and asks if he forgot that they were married. Nicole and Brady, still handcuffed, get ready for bed. Belle tells John to bring Marlena to the Valentine Party. Belle is preparing a surprise for Shawn, as he does the same for her. Belle walks in on Marlena as she is cutting up the blue suit. Friday, February 13, 2004 Hope cannot reach Bo in Europe. Marlena toys with the idea of killing Belle. Gene Briscoe arrives with Victor's new will. Brady kisses Nicole thinking she is Chloe. For you who watch Days Of Our Lives, you know that there is a serial killer on the loose. He or she is rumored to be revealed to the audience this Friday. However, today on Days, Doug and Julie explain to everyone why they brought a tiger to Salem. Marlena is in a daze by the tiger. It reminds her of a dream that she previously had. Bonnie takes Mickey shopping at a western store. Obviously, she is after this poor widowers money. The FBI agent plays a message from Billie to Bo, which says she knows who the serial killer is. For those of you who know Billie, this may be a setup. Agent says Billie has gone missing and tells Bo that since he is Billie’s ex husband, he should be able to help find her. Bo refuses but Hope persuades him to go ahead. She wants him to be out of harms way at Salem Tuesday, March 02, 2004 Jennifer and Hope learn Patrick is related to Bonnie and Mimi. Bo calls Hope to tell her the safe is about to be opened. Celeste tells Julie they have to find Doug. Patrick calls Bonnie and he tells her he's not going to skam Jennifer, she's too nice. Mimi tries to calm Bonnie as she freaks out about Patrick's return. Apparently, Bonnie spent his money just like she did Mimi’s. Marlena manages to convince Doug that she isn’t the Salem Serial Killer. At the mansion, Since Bo is convinced Nicole is the killer, he tells her to drink up as there's no imported Vodka at Statesville. The locksmith opens the safe. Bo is shocked that there isn’t anything in there. Nicole remembers getting it out and putting it behind the couch cushions. Days of Our Lives March Birthdays Phillip Kiriakis (Kyle Brandt) – March 20 Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) –March 29 Monday, March 01, 2004 Mimi and Rex are enjoying their Valentine’s getaway. They talk about being poor and how she doesn’t care. Bonnie calls Mimi and tells her that Patrick is back in town. Bo and Hope are downstairs with the locksmith who is having a hard time with the safe. Bo is certain that Nicole is guilty and wants to get the evidence to prove it. Lexie calls and tells Hope about her concerns with Jennifer and Hope is shocked that Jennifer let Patrick stay with her. She tells Bo as neither can believe that she would do that. Bo insists that the locksmith keep working as he tells Hope to go and check on Jennifer as he becomes more and more impatient with the locksmith, demanding he hurry. Nicole tries to get Jan to sober up and remember the combination to the safe. Hope goes to Jennifer’s and tells her that she is concerned about Patrick staying with her, and that she is going to do a back ground check on him. Celeste tells Doug that he needs to go to the police. Julie goes to see Marlena and tells her that she’s worried about Doug. Marlena questions Julie to see if Doug told her anything and she tells her no. Marlena goes to a priest to confess that she has an urge to hurt someone. She later runs into Doug who tells her that he was just looking for her. She says the same thing. Days of Our Lives sneak peak Thursday, March 04, 2004 Belle covers for Marlena. John keeps quiet about thinking he saw Marlena at the cemetery but later confronts her. Sami tries to get Marlena to kill John. Brady searches for Victor’s will. Doug’s ghost tries to provide them with a clue to the identity of the killer. Phillip is urged to pursue Belle. Friday, March 05, 2004 Lucas, Kate, and Sami all discuss the job offer that Kate offered Sami. Lucas asks Sami how she truly feels. Shawn and Belle talk about the stabbing on Shawn’s bed, and whoever the girl was who was in it. He mentions giving her his grandmother’s cross to wear, saying it will always protect her. Belle realizes he still suspects her mother. She leans over the railing and the cross falls off. Shawn manages to retrieve it, and tells her not to ever take it off. Bo tries to save Doug. Hope begs her father to hold on. John uses his flashlight as he searches, and spots a figure that looks like Marlena. He follows the figure, getting closer, when a cat runs out, distracting him. Marlena uses the opportunity and is gone. Hope begs Doug to hang on, telling him all the things he promised her and Zack, and he has never gone back on his word. He opens his eyes, calling Hope his little girl. Bo asks Doug who did this but its too late. Julie is praying as Doug’s ghost appears. Julie begs him not to leave. John follows Marlena to an old crypt. John talks to the killer, telling her to come out, saying it is going end right here and right now. As he flashes his light around, a trap door opens and he falls. Celeste tries to get inside the killers mind. John cannot seem to scale the walls of the pit to get out. Marlena pulls a lever, and the walls begin to close in on John. Tek comes in time and savees him as Marlena sneaks out. Tek finds a footprint. Marlena shoves Doug into an open grave. The two struggle. Doug manages to get free, as well as Marlena. Lucas decides to look for a new job. Hope goes to Celeste for help in finding her father. Celeste tells Hope that she Doug is at Tom Horton’s grave. Doug runs for help, unfortunately Marlena catches up with him and stabs him. He keeps running and hides. She searches for him. Will tells Lucas that Sami loves him. Meanwhile John, Bo, Julie, and Hope all return to the cemetery to search for Doug. As Hope is a Tom’s grave she asks for help in finding her father. He says after he left her place he came here to talk to Addie for advise, and that is where he faced the killer. He says she denied her guilt at first, but later confessed her guilt, and that is when she killed him. Celeste asks if she will kill again? Doug says he is certain of it, and her next victim will be the most beloved person in all of Salem! Celeste asks who it is? Doug says she knows the rules, he can’t give out that kind of information. Celeste wonders what kind of rules allow the dead to speak to her but not to help her. She tells Doug to break the rules, what is her daughter is the next to die. Nicole hires an old friend to kill Marlena. Marlena is accused of killing again. Marlena swears she is innocent and agrees to take truth serum to prove it. Nicole learns about Marlena's decision to take truth serum, and fears it will lead to the truth about her killing Victor being revealed. Shawn tells Belle he’s leaving town and she begs him not to go. Shawn suspects that Phillip likes Belle. Kate and Lucas find Sami irrational and drunk. Kate uses the situation to try and get Sami out of Lucas' and Will's life for good, but things go wrong when Lucas is arrested for assaulting Sami. Monday, May 3, 2004 Jan suggest to Nicole that they kill Marlena before she can incriminate them. Marlena says she killed Roman because she loved him and didn’t want him to marry Kate. She also says that is why Abe had to be killed because he knew that she was trying to break up Roman and Kate. Marlena says she killed Jack because she knew he was working with Abe and wasn’t sure how much he knew. Maggie was killed because she saw her kill Abe. Caroline was killed because Marlena knew that Maggie was talking to her. Hope calls Marlena a monster. Sami accuses John and Kate. As Marlena tells how she killed Doug, Julie attacks her. Marlena says that Belle’s lie gave her more time to prepare for Alice’s death. However, Doug is really the one who was responsible. Kate and Sami fight in the chapel. Marlena says that Julie told her that Doug knew who the killer was. So she had to get rid of him. Julie had also told her that if anything happened to one of them, they’d leave a note. Patrick takes the guy outside and demands he hand over the bonds as Shawn watches through the window. They get in a fight as Shawn rushes to help. Patrick finds the bonds on the guy and vows to return them to Jennifer and thanks Shawn for his help. John tells Belle that he still believes in Marlena. Bo and Hope argue over whether or not Marlena is innocent. On the roof of the prison, we see Marlena. Shots are fired and Marlena falls.
