Hazard-James Haddix, age 91, died Wednesday, September 28, 2005 at Hazard ARH Hospital. HE is survived by one sister, Letha Combs and a host of nieces and nephews. Curt-Jesse James Neace, age 38, died Tuesday, October 4, 2005 in Jackson. Haddix-Judy Vires Combs, age 35, died Tuesday, October 4, 2005 in Jackson. Lost Creek-Henry James Combs, 46, died Sunday, September 4, 2005 at Kentucky River Medical Center in Jackson, KY. Mr. Combs was an employee of KY Dept. of Corrections and Chief of Watts Dire Department, retired CPO of U.S. Navy Dept. of Veterans Affairs. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann Johnson Combs; mother, Joann Combs Harrington; surviving step-mother, Janice Combs; two sons-Nathanial James and Christopher Donald Combs; one daughter, Cynthia Joanne Combs; 4 sisters-Laurie Lee and Scott Langang, Gigi Ann and Chad Capaul, Elizabeth Ann Combs, and Vickie and Clarence Allen; two brothers-Donald and Kathy Combs, Anthony combs; a very special grandmother, Ida Combs. Jackson-Preston A. Spencer, 60, died Monday, August 29, 2005, at his residence. Frank J. Johnson, age 72 of Ocala, Florida (formerly of KY) died Monday, August 24, 2005 at Ocala Regional Medical Center in Ocala, FL. He was the son of the late Frank Terrill and Jane Johnson. He is survived by his wife, Imogene Austin Johnson; one daughter, Wanda Jean Kirstein; two sons-Harold Wayne Johnson and George Oscar Johnson; one brother, Michael Johnson; one sister, Beulah Hudson; 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Leland Spicer, age 75, of Jackson, KY, died Saturday, August 20, 2005 at Kentucky River Medical Center in Jackson, KY. Lizzie Turner Hensley, age 92, of Jackson, KY, died Friday, August 12, 2005 at Kentucky River Medical Center in Jackson, KY. She was the widow of Daily Turner and Tildon Hensley. She is survived by one son, Douglas Turner; 6 grandchildren-Don Combs, Paul Blandon, Denise Blandon, Lisa Meadows, Linda Turner, and Beth Wald. Kelly Neace Sr., age 87, of Athol, KY, died Monday, July 25, 2005 at Kentucky River Medical Center in Jackson, KY. He was the widower of the late Ruth Jett Noble.
