| Douthitt Park News 8-13-04
It’s getting close to fall and the activities are heating up at Douthitt Park. The Old Timers Softball League will be starting on August 30th. The fee is $30 per person or $45 per couple. The league is designed as a low competition, have-a-good-time venture. For the younger children ages 6 to 11 years old we have Youth Flag Football. Flag Football is a co-ed sport and we encourage girls to play. Season begins September 7th. The fee is $25 for each child. The fee for both leagues will cover the cost of operation and will include a shirt for each player. Sign-ups are now through August 26th for both leagues. |

| Douthitt Park News
This fall men ages 16 and up can enjoy playing Men’s Draft League Softball. The fee is $25, does not include a shirt. The fee however does cover the cost of balls, official fees and Championship tee shirts. Sign ups are now through September 2nd. The season will consist of 10 games with a single elimination tournament. Games will be played on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
